Delay in posting

If you are wondering why this blog has gone a bit quiet, the problem is a 3000 piece jigsaw of the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, which is occupying a large part of my living room and my spare time. Normal blogging service will be restored soon.......

I'm eagerly awaiting your article on identifying the appropriate tags for a document. I couldn't find much about this topic on the internet...

So how's the puzzle coming?

The puzzle is coming along, which means I've done all the easy bits, and am now down to the remaining ~1000 pieces which don't look like anything in particular. I should point out that this puzzle was my husband's choice: we started it, and he then became involved in the tender process for a large civil engineering contract, and consequently hasn't been around to help finish the blasted puzzle. The blog entry on tagging is in draft. I have a couple of problems to resolve to my own satisfaction before I share my maunderings with anyone else. Thanks for waiting!

Thanks for the update. Based on your past posts I expect the wait will be worth it. In the meantime I have done a deeper search and found some interesting information on tagging and metadata. I am wondering what advantages EagleFiler has over using the Finder and Spotlight comments. With the constantly growing pool of os enhancement tools such as Spotlaser, TagBot, (urls below) and of course, Quicksilver, it seems that the middleman can be eliminated (I find EagleFiler a bit slow and the interface somewhat clunky) and workflow streamlined. Looking forward to your thoughts.
